We held our third workshop at the end of September.
Full success again, all students managed to get good, tasty breads from the first try. We are all so excited to see everybody’s fruits of labour on the chat! And what a joy is to see how the students refine their skill from one bread to another and even try new things with the sourdough starter like pancakes and waffles and nan and crepes..
Sometime the whole family joins in to help: kids, mothers, mothers in law, aunties, and even neighbors and friends. If not with the making at least to finishing the bread up. 🙂
